Pollution reduction systems sales

We can offer various solutions for the reduction of diesel engine exhaust gas emissions for new and existing equipment.

In particular the"Emuno_x System" described in the supplement, drastically reduces the pollutants listed in the Technical Instructions (air). It does this within the engine by use of a fuel/water emulsion, without the need for further exhaust gas treatment.

The Emuno_x System produces a homogeneous emulsion from the engine fuel and a controlled quantity of water. The programmable controller of the Emuno_x-System controls the water content according to the respective load and temperature of the engine. Pure fuel is used to start and shut down the engine. Pure fuel or emulsion with very low water content is also used under low load conditions to prevent white smoke formation.

With the help of the Emuno_x System, the following reductions in exhaust gas emissions can be achieved:

A significant advantage of the Emuno_x-System is the almost unlimited application in all engines and injection systems. The only condition is an adequate reserve in the injection system for an increase in the emulsion volume of up to 50% com-pared to fuel, or a possible reduction in the power output of the engine.

The Emuno_x-System is set up so that a failure of the water supply does not cause the diesel engine to stop. In this case the diesel engine continues to run on pure fuel and the fault can be rectified at the end of the working shift.

To prevent corrosion in the engine injection system, corrosion protection fluid is mixed in, either manually or fully automatically as shown in the water supply diagram. The Emuno_x-System can of course be operated together with other equipment to reduce exhaust gas emissions.

In Switzerland, among others, exhaust emission values for CHP generating plants of No_x < 50 mg/m3 und Soot < 20 mg/m3 are required. Because of the many problems with soot filters in continuous operation, Emuno_x-Systems together with SCR catalysers are already in use in a number of plants. According to official measurements, for example by the WWF in Zurich, even these values have been considerably bettered.
